Fort Bend Boat Storage has been serving customers since 1996.  Residents of Sugar Land Texas, owner's Trae and Jill Smith manage all aspects of the properties and provide each customer with personal service.  In late 1996, construction on the Stafford location was completed and totaled 40 units.  Soon after the completion of this construction, the Stafford location was expanded to 75 units.  Operation of the Stafford location continued and in 2010 a second location was opened just south of Sugar Land in Arcola Texas.  The Arcola location opened with a total of 52 units and in 2010 was expanded to 104 units, then expanded to 156 units in 2013.
