Fully enclosed units divided by solid wall construction, with all units measuring 11' wide and 28' long accomodating boats as long as 25 foot.  Doorway clearance is 10' tall with a ceiling height rising to 12'.  A limited number of back-to-back units are available measuring 11' wide and just over 56' long.

Concrete foundations, lighting and power as well as heavy duty door closures and lock boxes.

24 hour access, security lighting and under ground drainage.

60 foot wide driving surface between buildings.

Outside parking is also available at all locations.

Additional Information:

When compared with general mini-storage, our units are typically 3 times the size, for about half the price.  Storage of boats, cars and general items is permitted.  However, commercial use such as for a workshop, work site, or fabrication, is not permitted.
